Once Step 1 has softened and reshaped the hairs, this neutralizer seals the hair cuticle, restores and reforms internal bonds (keratin chains), and stabilises the hair’s new shape so the lift or lamination lasts. 

How to use:

Apply all over the hair for the exact same time as the first solution. Brush the hair in the correct shape you're trying to achieve and cover it with cling film. Use a damp cotton pad to remove all products. Dry the brows by using a second dry cotton round. Then you can tint/dye and wax!

Can be used on lashes and brows.
