1. Where We Ship:
We currently ship to Australia.
2. Handling Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. If you place an order after 5:00 PM (UTC/GMT+8:00) Perth, we will process it on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timeframes:
Shipping within Australia
- Standard orders: Estimated Time of Arriva 2-7 business days.
- Express Shipping : Estimated Time of Arriva 2-4 business days
4. Shipping Costs:
Shipping is free on orders of $149 and above; otherwise prices are as follows:
- Standard shipping is $10 AUD.
- Express Shipping is $20 AUD
5. Shipping Carriers:
We ship via Australia Post.
6. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number along with a link so you can follow your package online.
