This is the second step in Thuya’s lamination / perm system for eyebrows and lashes.

After step 1 softens and reshapes the hairs, step 2 uses a creamy neutraliser to set and lock the new shape by restoring the hair’s internal bonds and closing the cuticle. 

The neutralizer also repairs and stabilises the hair’s keratin structure — resulting in softer, silkier hair that holds your brow or lash shape for weeks. 

Processing time is the same as step 1.

15ml - 60 uses, can be used on brows and lashes.
