Description
Blonde Brow is a bleaching paste and can lighten eyebrows by up to 3 shades. It must be mixed with RefectoCil Cream Oxidant and cannot be blended with other RefectoCil tint shades. It is suitable for use on eyebrows only.

How To Use
Step 1: Preparation
Cleanse the eyebrows effectively with our RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover. Eyebrows must be clean, oil-free and dry.
Step 2: Mix & Apply
Mix 2 cm paste + 20–25 drops Oxidant 3% cream. Mix at least 2 minutes until the paste becomes creamy. If it is not creamy enough, add some drops of Oxidant cream. Afterwards apply to the eyebrows.
Step 3: Application Time
Depending on the desired lightening effect:
5 minutes: one shade lighter
12 minutes: two shades lighter
20 minutes: three shades lighter
Step 4: Ready!
