How long does my order take to ship?

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours.

Standard Post Delivery Times

Same state (Perth): 2–4 business days
Interstate: 3–6 business days

Express Post Delivery Times

Same state (Perth): usually 1–2 business days
Interstate: usually 1–3 business days

What does postage cost?

Orders under $149: Standard Post $10, Express Post $20.

Orders over $149: Free standard shipping.

We post all orders with Australia Post or Aramex.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number along with a link so you can follow your package online.

New Zealand Shipping

Standard shipping is $25 NZD.

We ship via Australia Post & Aramex.

Same Day Pick Up

How does Same Day Pick Up work?

Place your order and we will aim to have it ready within 2 hours of your order. Once packaged and ready to collect, you will receive an email with our address.

We are located in Balcatta, 6021.

When can I pick up my order?

You are welcome to collect your order Monday–Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, or Saturdays between 9:30 am and 5:00 pm.

Outside of these hours or Sunday collection can be arranged via email or text.

Returns/Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

Any item can be returned and refunded or exchanged if it is returned within 14 days from the date you receive your parcel. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the product is deemed faulty.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To be able to return your product, you must provide proof of purchase, such as a confirmation email or order number.

Shipping costs & return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Yes, we offer Afterpay on all Australian orders.
